The scariest part about low testosterone, besides getting stuck with needles at every check up, is that it can happen to anyone. It's a lot like cancer. One day you have energy in the gym and you enjoy pleasuring your woman, and bam, the next you're all tired at the gym and you start liking to watch young guys bang your wife. Then depression kicks in and you don't even enjoy watching her getting banged anymore, but you're pretty sure she didn't stop like she said she did. She's just going to their place instead. Yep, it's a lot like cancer in that regard.

you are likely deficient in cell salts

it's a way simpler fix than the drama of testosterone

quote:

The Biochemic Theory

Cell Salts, tissue salts and mineral salts are all names used to describe the 12 biochemic remedies of Dr. W.H. Schuessler. Dr. Schuessler derived these remedies based on his own theory of biochemic medicine. Simply put, Schuessler's Biochemic Theory integrates the knowledge of the human body's cellular structure and the use of mineral salts, or cell salts as a system of medicine to fortify and energize the cells.

The foundation of Schuessler's theory is based on the scientific understanding that the human body is made of an enormous number of microscopic, living cells. Each cell is made up of three classes of materials: water, organic materials (sugars and fats) and inorganic matter (minerals). Even though water and organic matter make up a greater portion of living cells, inorganic matter is vitally important. Since the life of living cells is relatively short, the creation of new cells depends on the presence of minerals. Mineral deficiencies will inhibit the proper functioning of living cells.

Schuessler devised a system of "cellular therapeutics" he called Biochemistry to prevent and address ailments caused by mineral imbalances. He utilized homeopathic doses of minerals in order to penetrate and fortify living cells with vital nutritional elements. Based on Schuessler's theory and practice, we can describe homeopathic cell salts not only as remedies that treat ailments, but as support remedies that provide a foundation to help you maintain balance and better health.

ever since loading up on these, to make up for losses, I feel great

This is homeopathic bullshite. OP, ignore this. Dr. W. H. Schuessler lived in the 1800s and modern medicine has long surpassed his hypotheses.

Another note here...

If you get tested and go down the road of T supplementation, you had better be sure you are comfortable doing it forever.

There is a chance that taking T will downregulate your body's own T production, so you might need it going forward.

As a 35yr old, that's a ton of years to supplement.

I'd look into all natural and lifestyle choices first (sleep, alcohol, food, etc).

I currently am. Do not, and let me repeat again, DO NOT go to a low T center or some other corner doc that markets low T solutions. You need to go to a hormone specialist or endocrinologist. There are so many other factors that need to be looked at than just low T. Estradiol levels, cortisol levels (for adrenal fatigue), etc. There are so many things that need to be taken into acct when taking testosterone replacement. You will jack yourself up if not done properly.

I've heard to NEVER take oral testosterone. If anything, use the underarm roll on stuff.

You can also try several supplements that are proven to increase teste level. Fish oil, zinc, vitamin d, just off the top of my head

It's the stress. I went in almost 2 years ago for the same reasons and my levels were fine. Got a few things back in order and was right as rain. Stress can do a serious number on your overall health.

not exactly

cell salts are vital in rebuilding cells, no minerals, then you start to feel ill at ease

but taking a multi is still good for you, since the soil is depleted of minerals, you get some minerals in the multi, it's the Bioplasma that has been shown to be needed daily ! My skin feels quite youthful in spite of some folks denial it works.
As of 1936, when there was an announcement in the senate to all americans that the farms no longer have the minerals!

check it out for yourself, senate document 264

but do your own research for [ soil, mineral depletion ]

I take a protein shake first thing in the morning, 8-10 eggs in the morning for breakfast, a granola bar for a prelunch snack with peanut butter, lunch varies, another granola bar for an afternoon snack with peanut butter, a protein shake once I get home from work, and for dinner I normally have 1 lbs. of chicken, two cups of brown rice and two cups of green beans.

How strict are you with your diet? I ate like this for a long time and was getting the same way. I stayed very strict with it and found that I wasn't getting enough fat. Cheat meals are important too. When I feel my energy take a serious dive and my strength starts to drop, I'll stop and grab a nasty arse burger. After that, I'm fine. Energy levels are back up and strength is back.

Also, I don't know if or how much you drink, but alcohol is a bitch on your body. It can take you up to 3 or 4 days to fully recover from a single night of drinking. I don't drink at all during the week, only on Friday or Saturday nights and almost never both nights.

I get documents weekly that tell me this is a completely false statement. Outside of the fluoride (which is in our water) I see the elements on soil tests all the time.

quote:

Cell Salts:

Calc fluor (Calcium Fluoride)
Calc phos (Calcium Phosphate)
Calc sulph (Calcium Sulphate)
Ferrum phos (Iron Phosphate)
Kali mur (Potassium Chloride)
Kali phos (Potassium Phosphate)
Kali sulph (Potassium Sulphate)
Mag phos (Magnesium Phosphate)
Nat mur (Sodium Chloride)
Nat phos (Sodium Phosphate)
Nat sulph (Sodium Sulphate)
Silica (Silicon Dioxide)
