Does anyone have any recommendations for online Community Colleges? The only thing I see from an online Engineering perspective is Southern Miss. I guess all I can do from the CC standpoint is the core classes at any rate?

I've known one guy to do it, and it only took him six and half years. He had one kid when he started, but two by the time he was done. I'm pretty sure it took years off his life, but he survived.

How is he now, though?

He's good. He has a decent job in the public sector and has a better than normal work/life balance, at least that's my view from the outside.

Also since you have a newborn and a full time job, I know Arizona State has engineering degrees fully online. You would take every class online. For classes like calc, physics, the test is proctorred, as in you basically do a Skype video call with someone as you take the test and they make sure you aren't cheating. They sign into your IP address and see everything on your screen. It's legit and really achievable since you could go to work and immediately go home and not have to go to an actual school. Also the degree is the exact same as if you went in person like a regular student. The diploma says nothing about doing your classes online. And your question about community classes online, majority of louisiana community colleges has classes online. I know BRCC has a lot to choose from. You just enroll into BRCC as a normal student and when you go to schedule for classes, you look for classes that say online. That goes for a University also. Like LSU or Southeastern, you enroll as a normal student and when you look to schedule classes, you choose classes that say online, web based.
