The two times I saw the dog, he was in the median and right hand side heading west. He never left the interstate.

Also the SPCA on the West Bank may have gotten him because they have a big facility

James also keep in mind the dog was spotted both days at approx 1030am. He may lay low as the day wears on and is more active in the morning.

Check back in the morning ok. Between Michoud and the Chalmette exit.

I regret not picking up the dog when I had the chance and just bringing it to work with me. I didn't think it through.

Nothing at the chalmette exit on either side. IMO a Good Samaritan likely picked the dog up.

Tomorrow on the way to work I’ll take the interstate all the way to Irish bayou and be on the lookout.

It's sketchy.

The dog was in the same General area 2 days in a row. Firmly planted on the interstate. I'm not sure he would venture too far. Don't go into any bad areas. I'd keep it strictly to the interstate shoulders or median. He may have crossed over to the eastern direction as well.
