Has anyone here ever worked at a fast food restaurant in BR?

I may or may not have worked at the Cane's on Lee Drive. Back when it had the old Cane's logo that looked like the Family Feud logo during Richard Dawson's time

Not in BR but I worked at a KFC/TB for 2-3 months in college..the things I saw.

Dude would bring the chicken tenders up to the front. Manager would look at them, tear one open and look at it. Then send the guy back to recook them because they were still raw in the middle.
Big black gal would make herself a taco on everyday. Stick her hand right in the lettuce, cheese, etc, with no glove on. Happened several times while I was there. No one gave a shite.
I rarely eat fast food til this day. And when I do it’s very cautiously.

I have no issue admitting it. It was a good experience.
My first job. McDonald's on Sherwood and I-12. It was a monster at one time. Worked about a year and a half from 1982ish to 1984. Learned a ton. Started on fries. At the end I was one of the main cashiers. I'd crank out the HS kids on Friday night and the families eating breakfast on the weekends.
I was 15-16. Good times. Kids wouldn't do that job now I don't think and too many adults need the same job I guess. Telling how things are 35 years later.

I worked at Popeyes in Covington after Katrina. They were paying $10.50 and my grandma had just been diagnosed with cancer. So I would stay with her and work during the week, then go to br on the weekends to do normal shite a 19 year old would want to do.

I worked at McD in 1991 for 2 weeks. it sucked.
