Yes. No issue. Several times.

Don’t smoke any of it before transport and don’t bring flower.

I actually bought edible gummy bears, bought real gummy bears and dumped them to replace with good ones. Although this has never been necessary.

Plenty of folks have tried, and plenty of folks now have felony charges for transporting illegal drugs across state lines. I fly out of DIA a lot, and I almost always spot drug dogs. I would advise against it.

Hahaha

My Denver buddies fly out constantly with it. I’ve done it plenty as well, never seen anyone even be pulled aside for it.

I want to bring some pens and edibles back and I understand it's pretty much allowed. Is it worth the risk?

While it may be legal in say Denver for example, its not legal to possess in the airport. I have brought a couple of cartridges back. Just got a friend who lives in NYC (where you can get anything) to bring me a couple. I also get the edible gummies and then go to the drugstore and get one one of those pill containers.....the ones with the different days of the weeks old folks use to remind them to take their meds. Then I mix the gummies in with assorted vitamins, fish oils, and what not.

My sister flew from Washington with canabinoid oil. No problems.

Getting arrested for flying with weed out of Denver is like getting popped for public intoxication at an LSU game: rare and probably deserved if it happens

The point was they have different dogs trained for different scents. Most of them are bomb sniffers, but some are trained for drugs.

Drug trafficking through international airports is common, and they have security measures in place for it.

Flew from Denver to Nola with a pen in my shaving kit in my checked bag. No issues at all. Good luck.

Considering all the people that have mentioned repackaging gummies, if they were actually looking for it I'm sure they're aware of this ruse.

Oh I’m sure. I just wasn’t going to bring the container that said the dispensary name and THC content all over it just in case they opened it and threw it away.

I can’t imagine they would ever catch you with vape pens stashed well in your checked bags. That’s what i would do.

They sell these in WA and I'm sure the other legal states have something similar. You can peel the packaging off or just stick it in one of the Crystal Light concentrate bottles. This is how I'd do it with edibles:

I have a travel sized cigar case I'll put in my carry on, but will throw one of those protective cigar tubes in and fill it with flower. Along with 4 or 5 actual cigars. No issues.

Flew DIA to Hobby a few weeks ago with a container of edibles and a bottle of CBD lotion in my checked bag in the dispensary bag and nobody said a word to me on either end

Had a TSA bag search flyer in my checked suitcase too, no idea what they were looking for either

Yeah, I mean they are definitely taking everyone's vitamins out one by one and testing them. It's a wonder any flights are even on time anymore.
