Has anyone ever used an inversion table? If so, reviews?

For those that don't know, an inversion table is used for inversion therapy. Inversion therapy helps with spinal decompression and supposedly helps with back pain
I have been thinking of picking one up and wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how well it works and if it is worth getting

I've used one to pretty good effect before my surgery.
Be mindful that decompression is most useful in cases where there is some level of nerve impingement. The pain relief in that instance is measurable.
However, if the pain is musculoskeletal or otherwise caused by another factor, I don't know how effective the table would be at providing relief.
Finally, it's a much cheaper solution than most in-home traction devices.

I have a herniated disc and I use it. It helps some. You really have to do it religeously to get the best effects. Dont start out completly upside down. Start at a high angle and eventually work your way down. You can also ruin your back with this thing without to much tension.
I recommend but I have to use a combination of this pills and ice just to function. also getting steroid injections every six months helps

I forget which site but brazzers or naughty America used one in a porno scene. I'm trying to remember the actress that starred in it

How do you use one exactly? I mean how long do you stay inverted and what not?

Theses are huge in Korea. There outdoor workout parks here that all the old folks use religiously. They have these in most of them. In general old people are in much better shape here. Yoga also stresses inversions. Gravity is a bitch.
I always feel better after inversion.

I just got one and it helps my lower back pain a ton.
I have two ruptured disks and the doc is pushing to do a discectomy but I'm not keen on having any kind of spinal surgery until it becomes unbearable and impacts my daily activities.
I use it in the evenings when I get home from work for 15-20 minutes and I can actually feel the decompression.
Someone here linked to a site called hayneedle.com - it's kind of like an overstock place - and they had some good deals on them.
They can be expensive, so check out hayneedle and overstock.
