People can say what they will about a man they don’t even know, but Gordon’s success cannot be denied. He has more than 200 employees in his firm.

My pledge brother. We're not BFF's, but he is a really good dude and a great father and husband and LSU Tiger through and through.
Don't let your feelings about the legal/tort situation in LA determine your feelings about Gordon. He has obviously built a highly successful practice playing within the rules he was given and is one of the most visible supporters of LSU and the Athletic Dept. And he's a Marketing genius!! :-)
This thread is 50/50 folks telling you that Gordon is a genuinely good person and that the personal injury litigation situation in LA is screwed up. What more do you really want to know??

What is that? Successful at hiring 200 shitty people with no moral compass?

What an idiotic statement. You don’t know anyone that works there. Chill and get a life.

I know people that work there and his statement rings true for the ones I know.
Anyone supporting him and other ambulance chasers must enjoy having the second highest car insurance in the country. And don’t give me this “Well he doesn’t make the rules” bs. His trial attorney lobby is instrumental in keeping things the way they are in Louisiana. Between taxes and insurance this state is so anti-business and growth it is sad.

The man is sucessful.
If he had a contest to win shadowing him in a work day to see what he does to be successful, I would do it.

Actually a really nice guy. Not like a lot of the other personal injury pricks.
My SIL is best friends with Womack’s niece. Went to her wedding and he was very nice and outgoing.

Gordon is part of the reason why Louisiana sucks. Morris Bart started it 30 years ago, and Gordon continued it. Him and all PI lawyers cater to the scum of society in hopes of a lotto ticket. Anyone who gets in a fender bender or a small tap thinks they can obtain a fortune because of these commercials. Funny how the people in their commercials are all jumping for joy, grinning ear-to-ear, and appear perfectly fine after being “injured” in a car wreck. Our insurance rates are absurd because people like Gordon. And don’t get me started with him littering the highways and interstates with his smug face.
Gordon is a selfish, narcissistic, hypocritical piece of shite looking to line his pockets by preying on the unemployed low-lifes in this state.
Is McKernan a Democrat? I would think so, and if so, then he essentially believes in the "spread the wealth around" Liberal Progressive principle. We all know that both Dems and Republicans are cashing in on politics, and that it's just a matter of which 'side' determines where and who the money goes to.
Ultimately, money goes into the economic reservoir via the purchase of goods and services process, and the now Egalitarian/economically oppressed sympathetic Dems (Obama at the fore) think it both prudent and noble to spread the wealth around to Minorities. And they think Jesus would be good with that.
One thing is for sure, given what is coming, I don't think money will do much good. Once civility breaks down in America, where does flee to, that won't shortly become victim to an exponential collapse toward dog eat dog. Other than "the mountains". And I doubt that even then can anybody escape the ultimate judgement of Jesus, who knows "the heart". Assuming there is Jesus and an Afterlife. If not, eat, drink, be merry and accept nonexistence forever.

“Hey, I’m gonna work for the guy that plasters his face all over LA and panders to sue-happy plebs. Sure, his business practice is gratuitously litigious, but hey, at least I get paid.”
Shitty people.
I wouldn’t have so much disdain for him if he portrayed an actual injured client on TV. Someone who lost both his legs and has a trach because of a crushing rib injury. But no, all those actors are so lively and well, portraying the problem that we have at hand.
Again, frick them all.

It ain't gordon so much as it is putting 300 new lawyers out there every year.

How many lawyers actually portray real clients in their ads? Hell, for many years, William Gee wouldn’t even appear in his own ads, for the longest time I didn’t even know what the man looked like! He would just hire famous actors to advertise for him in the commercials.
