Screw this guy, he could have gotten a real arse beating and he did not. Officers acted fine in my eyes. Comply, no problem. Don't comply, problem.

They can't afford to wait around all warm and fuzzy and hope he doesn't pull a knife or gun.

Now, if they put the cuffs on him and then beat him, shame on them and they should be dealt with. All they were trying to do was arrest and secure. Good for them.

Failure to comply.

I've always complied with the officers requests.

I've never had any problems.

Seems simple enough.

Simple enough, unless,

You don't speak English.

You are mentally ill.

You are confused because of a reaction to a prescription medication such as a diabetic with insulin reaction.

You have physical limitation that prevents you from doing what is requested, I have a friend that would be impossible to cuff his hands behind his back without breaking a shoulder or elbow joint.

Actually I don't make judgements without knowing the all of the facts. You are making a judgment based upon a short videe.

For the record I retired after 25 years as a LEO after training hundreds of officers and being in command of a division.
