Did you work while this was going on?
I was going to school on the GI Bill but I bombed the last two quarters so now I owe a little money to the government. I'm starting back summer quarter. I pull full retirement from the military so that, the GI Bill, and my wife's job pay the bills.
Thinking of switching to trade school and getting back to work sooner. All the free time helped put me in the situation.

Appreciate the sentiment. I know AA has helped a lot of people but I just have some fundamental disagreements with the program (no, not about the God stuff). I'm not going to get into it though because I don't want to discourage anyone else from trying it.

Everything's working out GREAT so far. I'll start tapering off tomorrow.

Like you said, opiate withdrawl wont kill you..you just wish you were dead..
There is only two things that can kill you from withdrawl. Alcohol and nerve pills. They will cause seizures and kill you.

I read my wife's text messages between her and her best friend where she admitted she had an affair when I paid for her to go on a solo self improvement trip.
