I have owned a lot of F150’s for my business and personal truck since 1995. I guess I have been lucky as I never had major issues with any of them.
Now when I had a work truck fleet of 1997 3.0 V6 Ford Rangers. All of them had the same quirks that pissed me off and made my pocket book lighter.
I guess the reason I have been loyal to Ford was their fleet deals when I had a business. I always liked their trucks, and really never had major issues with the F series.
I would not knock a Dodge as my friends have had decent luck with them. I do not like the layout of the interior which is why I never have bought one.
I did buy a Nissan Titan with a Diesel engine and this purchase left a bad taste in my mouth.
Just a lot of electrical gremlins.
When it works the truck not a bad truck.

I’ve worked on them all. The new 5.0l coyotes are bad arse with tons of potentials, the genV LT engines are crazy, and the srt/supercharged engines are rediculus.
The LSA Chevy engines, flat plane v8 from from Ford and the next gen supercharged version from gm going in to the ZR-1/ Z06 C8 Vette will be unreal!!

The only truck that matters.

I know, I know,,,, I’ve ragged on my friends and customers about Dodges for years. Believe it or not, this truck is plush as hell and rides as good as the Raptor except for the actual running part, I like it.

I bought the f150 shelby 3 months back and have been frustrated that I had to sign 3 different papers stating "I understand if the engine goes over 4000rpms before 1500 miles and breaks, tuscany will not warranty it" Well I did get to 1500 miles finally and this thing is unbelievable, I've got a buddy with a TRX a we are gonna see which runs better!!!

Say baw, my leveled 2500 on bigger tires got the job handled quite well

You could have bought a Tundra once instead of three fords.
I don’t get tax write offs keeping a truck that long.
Plus a Tundra burns so much gas I would have gone broke.

An electric car with low/floor mounted batteries would be fun in deep water.
I saw a Tesla Model S successfully go through 3 feet of water on Stanford Avenue this morning.
Surprising!

What’s the hp? I’ve been breaking mine in, not hard driving for 500 miles.

The frick you can
A good friend I work with just bought a 2500 with the 6.4l gas engine for 45k. Leather, big screen infotainment system, 4x4, and pretty much anything else you’d want or need.
Ford got to proud of their reputation along with Toyota. Chevy/GM are plastic with great designs, and great drivetrains since they went away from the 8speed trans(even though Ford and Chevy have shared the same trans for awhile now).

Really?? Your ex had a crossfire, and you have a 2wd Jeep you converted to a 4wd....
Alright. I've had a lot of other cars as well. Not sure what that has to do with any of this.
It's a hilarious picture.

Prove your own bullshite! I don’t have to prove anything to you. But if you must...
(fightin tigers) knows perfectly well who Fred-red is, and may still have his number stashed in his phone.
Get over yourself dousch-nozzle!!! You aren’t all that!

I have no dog in this truck fight. Have owned a few, they aren't for me.
Slow if you want something fast, bulky when you want something nimble, not particularly comfortable doing anything, they haul stuff though. So if I ever start doing that on more than a yearly basis I would get one.

770hp at the crank. I hear more like 700 at the rear wheels. It's way more powerful than I had imagined it would be, with traction control off it will easily spin the rear tires rolling at 20mph

There was a time. Killed my desire to ever own a boat again. I can fit all my woodworking materials in the Jeep.
