I know this bike path. Its in Newark Ohio only about 15 mins from my house. Havent heard anything about this in the local news so im going with staged

If you can make a case that you feared for your life that, that may not be the case. Draw, stand your ground. If he tries to hurt you or take your weapon you have to grounds to defend yourself with leathal force. If he stops running at you, then yea, you can't shoot him

You didn't watch it, they claimed the dude had a knife as they tried to get close to him. They ran for it and the clown chased them.
