We live on the edge of BR/STG. I have a nice back porch with ceiling fans and I like sitting outside at night. I hear gunshots off in the distance on average once a month. Heard some Friday night that sounded pretty close.

Bruh, they're shooting late at night on Siegen at least 2 nights a week... in the woods by ward's creek... get used to it

The undesirables are here to stay

Probably some ole boy with a yard big enough to shoot squirrels.

Us, too.

I’ve never lived anywhere where I haven’t heard gunshots

Most places I've lived other than this house when I heard gunshots it was somebody hunting or target shooting but I'm guessing that's not what I'm hearing here at 10pm on a Friday night

It could be that - but - not the type you’re accustomed to

Damn guys.

Of course out in the country where I grew up and my parents live you hear shooting a lot but it’s a different kind - cousins or other types hunting or just shooting. Seems much less sinister.

I'd be surprised if I can hear that due to the interstate drowning out things but who knows. I can generally tell which direction they are coming from and sometimes I can check Nextdoor and get some level of confirmation.

That dude that live streamed killing that girl walked into the neighborhood next to mine, accosted a woman until her husband walked outside, then walked into my neighborhood and stole a vehicle.

Don’t forget about the Quarters gun battle a few months ago, too. Only one dead though

The lady that was shot to death in her own driveway in the Sherwood Forest area has yet to be a solved homicide case, even with the cam footage of the killers involved.
