As are mine. Doesn't mean I want to risk ruining the leather with snow and/or salt walking from the subway station to my office.

It’s ultimately unsurprising that so many men act like boys well into their adulthood, because we’ve stopped expecting them to be men. We’ve stopped teaching them how to be men.

A lot of WE in there. Maybe THEY got tired of you telling them what to do and became their own men.

Clothing doesn’t make a man. Sorry to disappoint.

If a man takes care of his family, is kind, works hard then he can wear whatever the frick he wants. The only person who isn’t a man is the person crying about what someone else is wearing.
Fwiw I like wearing dress shoes with my suits. I like the way I look...for me, not you.

More people should be their own person. Be happy being you and stop trying to impress everyone else. People create expectations, when in reality you don’t owe anyone anything.

They are a lot of times. But this time, I’ll side with them.

It’s not about comfort usually. It’s about not ruining your dress shoes during your commute, especially in places with snow.
