Growing diamonds in a lab

I’m looking for a side job and read a thread about lab grown diamonds. If I can grow diamonds in a lab, it is almost like money growing on a tree.
My question is how much money do I need to spend on equipment so I can set up a lab and grow my own diamonds? How many can I expect to grow a month and what size? How much time will I need to invest every month?
