Grad School Admission Decisions

Has anyone else heard nothing,positive or negative, from the grad schools for Fall admission? I am awaiting a decision from the psychology grad program and I have several friends waiting to hear from the Law school. If a student is declined admission wouldn't they at least send that notification in an email ?? Right now we have no idea whether we were accepted and no answer from the departments.
