Got to be an OT'er - man arrested with fireworks

Police reports said Quinnlan Reid O'Meara, 23, was given a chance to stop when officers first went to the Des Moines apartment complex, the newspaper reported. Authorities said they found him holding fireworks on a street corner and took them away from him with a warning that he would go to jail if he ignited anymore. Police said he smelled like alcohol as he staggered away with bloodshot eyes. Neighbors reportedly called the police again as soon as they left, and the authorities soon caught O'Meara walking out of his apartment with a lighter and Roman candles.

I continue to be amazed at the people who have no connection to LA or LSU that post here. I am more amazed when they jump in on the OT favorite past time of hating on Baton Rouge when they haven't even been to the state.

Don't know about that but I was in Mandeville last night and they cancelled the fireworks bc of wind conditions. There were some upset folks.
