The correct response at this point is “where is your vehicle”? If he produces one, buy him a couple of gallons of gas and watch him put it in his tank. If he can’t, tell him sorry and good luck.

A couple of years ago a beggar approached me with the same scenario. He was driving a big pickup truck in the Albertsons parking lot. Said his wife had just given birth, and he was from Mississippi and had no gas to get back home, and needed money.
Evidently he wasn't that low on gas, because when I told him I had no "spare change", he floored it and peeled out after insulting my heritage. I had to laugh at him.

Its actually one of my favorite sayings. I like to say bitch arse white or bitch arse white boy. Would not bother me however.
