Tat's cool, figured as much. Anyone who thinks Cantrell KNOWS anything about what she is doing, must think that ole Sidney Barthelemy was an administrative genius and he was HORRIBLE and that Marc Morial was incredibly effective.

I was friends with Ray Nagin and when he first got elected he told me that the city's finances were sooooooo screwed up that if a big time accounting firm ever came in to audit the city budget that the city would be shut down if it was a real business. Nagin at least understood how to run a business after being President Of Cox Communications locally.
