How do you position your feet?

Heels slightly out, feet flat sometimes, sometimes on the balls of my feet.

I keep my feet less than a foot apart.

Good, that's how you get the best feeling out of it.

I've already started tonight's dinner (having some friends over): portobello mushroom manicotti is the main dish with antipasto and homemade garlic bread.

True - didn't know you were a yoga aficionado. Yoga is really super good for you. It clears you mind and relaxes you. It helps you stretch. It keeps you in shape (and it has really helped my horseback riding).

It also helps in other areas too.

You ever try that hot yoga stuff, where they crank the room up to like 100?

I've been only practicing for about 4 years but I'm pretty advanced. I've always been incredibly flexible as far as males go but yoga has really kept my body more fit from a holistic perspective.

I have when traveling. The hot temperature does make it easier to stretch. Dad and I were talking about my trip and I told him I tried "hot yoga." Dad thought it was some type of nude/sex yoga until I explained.

I love Korean food - Kitok in Waco was awesome.

If you like Korean food and are from the Waco area you should check out Korean Kitchen in Killeen. Photo from yelp.

Not many men like yoga, but it is really good for you. And, it helps a man in a number of physical areas, including the one that is the most important to almost all men

VDrine, that looks really good. I love beef bulgogi, mandu and sweet potato noodles.

Always suspected you were secretly a foot guy.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Then there's a girl in my office you need to meet. She's married but I think you can work around that.

not in that context, but it is good for the knees.

Yoga is really good for a woman who likes to use any of the positions where a woman is on top.
