I work a hybrid shift. 3:00 am to 1:00 pm. I love the shift especially getting off work that early. It allows me overtime and the only drawback is that to get eight hours sleep you have to be asleep by 6:00 pm. I usually lay down at seven and end up with six hours or so on an average night.

I could change it if I wanted to but I like it. My job only requires that I work 40 hours per week but I am allowed to make my own schedule and own off days and if I want to work seven days per week I can. Two weeks ago I put in 70 hours with no off days while this week I put in 56 hours with 2 off days. Six day weeks with 60 hours is my norm. I love the extra money and I am a workaholic so I can't help myself. I feel weird being off right now. Like I am doing something wrong.

If I wasn't my own boss sort of I would rather work the third shift with weekends off.

Thanks Pectus. One big coffee down, contemplating another, and planning the order of tasks. At least I am home all day.

Hey little bitty girl. I rolled by within a few miles of you yesterday. Did you feel the disturbance in The Force?

Good Morning Cajun. Did you still do more before breakfast than most people will do all day?

Mornin’ Hangit,

Had about a pot of coffee, some eggs and toast, and some fruit.

My bad. I just checked your posts about it and I passed by about 3 hours before you got there. The tingling must have been from the Ubanga Banga bumper cars.

Did you go while riding them?

Speant all our time on the coasters. They have some really good ones. Universal has gotten away from traditional rides and Busch has become my fav park. One day I'll make it to Cedar Point.

On a side note, the flag at I-75 and I-4 is interesting. You know the one I mean?

I wish bacon was as healthy as fruit. I love the bacon. I also love chocolate. I had a friend offer me a bacon brownie and just about gagged at the thought though.

Some things are better left alone.
