Two different ducks. Mexican tree ducks are brown with real orange beaks and legs. Also has a very long heck.
Them SOB's are by the millions here in USA. They started coming here right after Katrina. They need to open a hunting season here for them. They taking over a lot of areas that other local ducks use.

Just chicken, S. I could go in the backyard and catch a turtle, duck or gator, I suppose.
ff, we have those damn Mascovy ducks everywhere. I grew up calling them turkey ducks. Ugly, black and white, with bumpy red faces.

Hey Tidal. I know regular wood ducks. These are not them. The males don't have any green on their head. While there are tons of them in the back, they don't bother me.
The neighbor that feeds them has about 100 on his roof about 2 times a day. They must like him because his roof is not covered in duck crap. Other than being loud and flying through my backyard, they are pretty unobtrusive.
I would pay about $20 to watch Liz come chase them and see if she could catch one. (just kidding Little Bit)

Those birds are dumb as a brick. Could catch one very easy. For some reason, one can walk right up to them. They are not afraid of people.
