Good Morning all. Nice rain shower this morning. Thunder in the distance made me want to roll over catch another hour of sleep. The smell of coffee coming from the kitchen over powered that thought.

I’ve got 3-4 various pepper plants in full production. Should have a gallon ziplock or two in the freezer by the time they’re done for making pepper jelly with.
Plus use in my Mexican cooking.
I grew ghost peppers once. Waste of space because they are too damn hot to enjoy.

She is a Canuck so I can't use too much south LA creativity in cooking with hot peppers. At least she now likes black pepper and mild+ wings.

I can relate with that. Wife is from Calgary. Took awhile, but she learned there is more to spices than salt and pepper.
