Not sure if its the same thing but I believe they are Nanday parakeets. They love my feeder. They come here at least 10 times a day. They can eat some bird food baw.
Some people dont like them but I love having them come by. Yes they are noisy and I hear they are invasive but very cool....
I will check on that bell thingy. I am a youtube dumbass and basically use it for posting videos these days. LOL''
