So nurse pointed out how uncharacteristicly biter I've been latel yesterday. Opened my eyes a little. My Round GtG won't like this but had contact with the ex yesterday and ended up calling her and spoke with her for about 40 minutes. One of the better conversations I've had in a while. I really need to get my shite together and quit squandering positives in my life. I had an amazing girl on my arm that loved the absolute frick out of me and would have have killed for me and didon't ask for much at all, just basic respect. But I didn't hold up my end of the deal.

Sounds like you needed some closure for that relationship SS. Hope you got it. But don't dwell on it too much and get into a state of just beating yourself up over it...that's not moving forward. Learn from the mistakes made and move on. Just think...you'll be that much more prepared to have a better relationship the next go round.
