Glad to hear! Hope you have enough time to enjoy the pool this summer.

Been trying to talk sense into some of the baws on here. They pay state income tax in Louisiana, property tax, higher car insurance, and send kids to private school. All they say is how can anyone live in Houston area with such high property taxes. We come out waaay ahead with the move plus housing is cheaper.

The Housing Prices were crazy. Sold my house in College Town and bought a house with the same square footage, garage, bigger lot, and swimming pool and still cheaper
