Gamegolf was the first of these systems if I remember correctly, but there are a half dozen or so now
Skycaddie has one, arccos is another

There are probably 10 or so. Working with a GPS app on your phone and the price point are what make this one interesting.
I think game golf has the same as well.

Gamegolf added GPS to their app but I haven't used it
I use a laser for yardsges. I used to have a skycaddie but like the laser better.
I purely use the gamegolf for stats and round review so I'm not that worried about the phone/live features

Do you have a marker on every club or do you switch them from club to club during the round?

Also, hit a 320 yard 3 wood yesterday. N1tro.
Doesn't count when you use loaded balls.
Also, When you're teeing off from the women's/senior's tee box, you calculate your distance from those tees, not from the championship tee box yardage.

Ditto. It would be a review tool for me. I would only look after the round. Straight bushnell laser user here.

all of these devices are pretty great, but the gamegolf still wins IMO because it keeps my phone out of my pocket
I have an iPhone 6+
I can't even stand to have an extra golf ball in my pocket, much less a phablet

I was really lucky to buy gamegolf on sale at rockbottomgolf for $119 last year
The initial pricing wasn't as attractive for sure

I was worried about the phone in my pocket, but it didn't bother me at all. Galaxy S6,so no phablet for me.

Yeah, read about it being nfc related
Arccos I think only works with iPhone
Arccos is automatic..ie no tagging, but each sensor is a transmitter and the batteries do go out eventually
Again, still requires your phone to be close by
