I flipped on the TV and the National news was on, for the record I do not watch this garbage it was on that channel, but oh my god It’s a disaster look what happens when you are the largest tv market in the nation and you have bad weather, it matters now! Odd, we are more than 10 min in & still talking about this mess. Its all climate change!!!!!
Good day tiger fans see you in Pasadena!

He is referring to New York flooding, since there were many many snips of people bashing LA and specifically L.C last year. They were all saying stuff like “that’s what you getting living in a swamp”, and They got what they deserve bc they vote Conservative” yada yada yada.
Now NY gets them some, and it’s a different tune by the MSNBC, NBC, etc.
the comments came off a NY times article, so guilty by association for reading that shite

Foxnews and CNN are equally a complete embarrassment to America.

There are lots of natural disasters every year. They fluctuate. Some years see consecutive records broken (like now with wildfires). Sometimes we get 10+ years with no major hurricanes striking the US (2006-2016). Right now the Antarctic ice shelf is bigger than it has been in decades.

The media will pick and choose the stories to support their narrative. Same has been going on with covid. Now it’s all about the children… not that they’re in more danger from dying. But they are more likely to suffer symptoms with Delta. But that’s “scary”.

Of course you came to rescue MSNBC et al by dragging down a somewhat conservative news outlet. It’s the liberal go-to.

“Superstorm Sandy” saved our asses when they tried to change up how flood insurance works

So

Meanwhile, poor bastards out west are watching their houses burn down and getting no coverage.
