Hooah. Yeah, I pulled off to the rest area and took a break and enjoyed the sunset. I am always at my desk an hour before my Soldiers so I needed to stop and enjoy the moment.

I should take some sort of vitamin. Currently I chug a glass of water and drink a cup of coffee when I wake up.
I also need to stop acting like golf is adequate exercise.

I always took it daily during flu season.

The raspberry one is my favorite when I can find it (it’s in a blue box). One I have now is pink lemonade which is ok.

I usually do fish oil + vitmain d3 in the morning (because I stay low in vitamin d if I don't supplement even though I go for walks and runs)
I've added emergen-c in the morning.

I usually stick with citrus.
ETA: I used to always make tea with some apple cider vinegar the night before so it would be well steeped in the morning... need to get back to that. I could even mix that in with the emergen-c.

It's not bad... If you walk and carry... Or at least walk and pull. Plus it's hard to drink that way.
