Hey frogger
Another fun barn day I guess. Without that I’d be going crazy. I didn’t realize how much I actually used to do until it stopped.

Morning berg 
Over the years, I’ve learned the very best hash browns are tater tots with some added jalapeños and chopped onions.
Get teaspoon of bacon grease and let the japs and onions soften in it. Add the frozen tots and as they cook, break them up with the spatula.
Then let them cook, occasionally flipping them over. Maybe add some fresh ground pepper.

I bought a bag of those shredded potatoes a week ago. Really just trying to get rid of them. I will throw some cheese in there.
