Good morning.

Mine has almost exclusively been working corona people.

I'm not pleased about it. If I'm being honest.

I dealt with this for what felt like years.

Started eating more veggies, apples, eggs, and milk before bed. I sleep like a baby most nights.

Hey 79, Fish, JD and Liz. Hope you guys have a decent day.

Stay safe and let's do what we can to grease these skids.

Liz, you should try to get into a slow, calming rhythm as you approach bedtime. You come across as kind of a high energy person... Try to ease your way into drowsiness. Calm music, low lights, no alcohol... Good luck.

Have a good day gang.

I think just being at home alone. The isolation. I don't take meds and I don't eat much. I am surprisingly not exhausted, just feel like the same day is repeating over and over.

I have a female friend with almost the same issue. I recommended to her to take a drive once a day 30-45 minutes. Call some friends or relatives 3-4 times per day. You gotta break up the loneliness.
