I like Fort Smith but mostly for the Asian american culture. That's where all the Japenese Americans and Asian Americans went as POW from WW2. You'd be surprised how many viet stores are there.

She live in Little Rock and I'm about 50 miles south of it. I would probably have my bachelors party at Ivars

we found a home right off the lake about 15 miles from LR and 30 miles from where I work.

Starter home?

I was thinking something simple like that to start out

Would you mind showing us any fabric swatches you have for your great room furniture?

Just remember, this ends up furniture is very durable.

Price cut I see. Check the backyard for fresh dirt might be a body back there. If it drops more check police reports for murder/suicide. You are welcome

Congrats and Good luck

the kitchen is really nice, but the bathrooms arent

depends on how she feels about living in isolation. seems to be off the beaten path and would better serve as someones vacation home and not a full time residence.

The bathrooms need work, agreed. Luckily my stepdad and I just put a full bathroom in the shop so that's something we can expand and knockout. It's not as isolated as it seems, it's less than a 20 minute drive to Little Rock and we already agreed we aren't moving into the city. She likes the house, just need her to drop the church wedding and let me make her own ring so I can save 2 grand.
