Hey Frog. 
Yesterday I got water in the guest house. Big step. But I had a leak. 
That nail is from installing the bathroom vanity. I did a pressure test on the system before installing the vanity. 
Was a easy fix.

We had a slab leak in an apt and had to reroute a hot water line. The day after the repair the contractor reinstalling the baseboards shot a nail through the line
