That sounds off. I've been keeping tabs on it (and also have friends in high places at the IATA). It sounds like they aren't running the engines before for 5 minutes to heat the oil. Also, they've got sockets when they should be using box-end. To add more danger to the procedure, they're working under a jack only, not jack stands. My sources also tell me that they're not properly recycling the oil.
