just kind of skimmed it but what I read doesn't compute with the thread title, if they've isolated the problem and then reinstated the system that's not following procedure, also, if the system activated and caused a nose down trim and the cutout switches were used, the jet is still badly out of trim and the manual pitch trim wheels must be used to bring the aircraft back into trim, every time there is a power, pitch, or configuration change the aircraft needs to be trimmed accordingly
