PSA—last night my dog woke me up to smoke coming from my attic. My smoke detectors never went off. My heater caught fire.

I have always hated those space heaters. We had one in our bathroom a long time ago and the cord got so hot one day when we were taking a shower that it melted. We do not use them anymore.
