I used to do that, using license plates for the roof. I had trouble finding enough plates, then found out you can just go to a mall parking lot and get as many as you want.

The quality of select has really gone downhill the last few years. I’m pretty cheap when it comes to the grocery budget and I won’t buy it anymore. Choice is the minimum grade I will make

Just hit it with some Adolph’s Meat Tenderizer for a few hours and Select is good to go. Especially if you marinate with some soy sauce.
