Just flying in tomorrow morning to watch my nephews play in state championship in the dome and flying back Saturday. I have 9:30 am drills on Sunday and they have to take the team bus back after the game.

my sister lives in CA - PST and I'm in TN - CST- and we both wake up at the same god-awful-early-hour probably 5 out of 7 days a week.

At least your sister gets to sleep to a decent time. My poor husband is in ET zone today and has probably been woken this morning as I turned the alarm off, on then off again after I ran to the store.

Had
colonoscopy and endoscopy yesterday morning at 6:30 AM. If you've never done that, prepare your anus. And I mean literally. This is my second time, and the prep this time was 10 times worse than the first time. Basically started at 5PM Monday night and got done at 2AM yesterday morning
