Good Morning everyone. Today is kick back day for the wife and I. Kids, grandkids do all the cooking, cleaning & picking up.
I’m already glued to my recliner with the remote in one hand and the phone in the other.

A giant pot of leftover gumbo is heating up to simmer. I have some shrimp thawing to add towards the end of cooking.

No one ever watched me on a monitor and I never watched any of my kids on a monitor and we all turned out mighty fine
