All of my hydrangeas died this year. They’ve flourished for 10 years so no idea what happened.
Add that to the 3 Italian cypresses that died last year and I’m going to have to put some money and time into my NOLA inspired back yard next year.

I am glad you found a place so quick, Lith.
Central and south FL are pretty picked over. Tampa was renting 1 BR apts. for $2200 at the end of Covid. I am glad I bought a house in 2001 because I didn't have any
to trade for rent.
