I’m going to have to carb load today to get through a 2:00 match after a low calorie week. Zero appetite lately. Maybe I can load up a smoothie with solid carbs.
ETA I love listening to the high school band practice every morning but Sunday while I have coffee on the patio.

For the first time in a long time I’m not sure I can watch the Tigers play today. Still not over whatever the hell we called defense last week and I can’t afford to be depressed for my match today. I have to win this one.
