Yeah. Usually it’s my hips bc I do a horrible job of stretching my hamstrings after a match. They hustle us off the courts so another match can start and then I usually have a 30-45 minute drive home or to lunch and then home.

ETA I still use my bracelet flask for games a lot but usually connect it to my wristlet as a “handle” instead of wearing as a bracelet.

Morning, nurse

Nope. I’ve managed to avoid that injury, thankfully.

I read that too.. it's way down in my tbr pile. I like the smutty dark romance nonsense. I am an educated person, but my book choices do not support that.

I am glad it's past tense! I am horrible with preventative assessments and physicals (typical nurse stuff) and am awaiting my mammo results. it's been 5 years so I am a little anxious. it's probs gonna be nothin though.

people suck balls.

I'm glad you weren't any more injured than just being banged up and bruised. and yeah- gravity has a much larger pull as you get older.

gm ms

My PCP is an osteopath and a damned good Dr. I also have a long-deceased family member that was an osteopath in Ruston. Small world, and whatnot...

Today had a cancellation, so I am walking in the slow lane, with coffee.

I have popped mine out and had no idea. It was just a lot of pain and I did not realize that is what it was until it popped back in.

The hips I can pop myself. Not sure if or

I have silver, gold, purple and “gold”

I’ve found that they tend to not even look at them if you ties your wristlet to the knob and let it dangle like it’s supposed to be there instead of just wearing as a bracelet.

That should help even if it is just the muscles. You do manual labor now

Hangit my pcp is an osteopath also. Poor sad OT old people discussions now
Soon we will be asking for the best walker/scooter to get across campus to a tailgate.
