`morning ... been up for two and a half hours already.

Couldn't sleep.

Something big must be happening today.

Wonder what it's going-to-be.

they're banned here too, but it is not enforced at all. I still tuck my drink in my purse though. I am a covert a-hole/rebel. no need to broadcast it in a small bible belt mayberry-esque town.

I wake up every dadgum day at 4 am. That time has become my coveted reading time. coffee, quiet, and book before the world wakes up. all I need is the ocean and I'd be living my best life.

Taking the day off, letting my shoulder and wrist heal. Borrowed the company car yesterday and loaded up at Barnes and Noble

Fox 5 ATL - this was the wreck that happened.

Ken Follett's new release The Armor of Light and Stephen King's Holly since I read the Detective Hodges trilogy while doing the chemo stuff.

my daughter told me I should read this next. it's outside of what I am reading these days though... so it's on my TBR list.

Morning, y’all.

My collarbone is popping up and down really badly. And it radiates through my shoulder and arm.

GM grrrrrl

I’m not a doctor but I don’t think it should be doing that and your tennis season might have ended early.

Luckily, that should not interfere with Margarita and Jell-O shot consumption.

ETA: You might want to rethink not having a safe word.

Mr Mercedes was the start of the trilogy that introduced the Holly character in the second and third books. I have no idea if it's vital to read those first or not, but apparently King decided to shite up this book with his woke garbage according to the book board.
I had (past tense, thank God) stage 3 testicular. Spread all the way from right nut into the lymph nodes and in my right lung.
And yeah - i slipped in the spilled diesel that was mentioned in the article. After the wreck happened the truck leaked diesel out of both tanks and across the ramp due to the banking - kind of like a nascar track. Since we live in a self absorbed shitty society only one other person stopped to help me check on the driver, everyone else drove through the leaking diesel and made a huge mess all over the ramp. When I walked back to my truck to get stuff for the cops, I slipped down the banking and sprained my shoulder and wrist. Pavement hurts more as you get older.

Horsey- I didn't realize that is what you had. What were the symptoms? I feel like all the guys need to know when to run and get something checked.

Mine was weird because the original source of the cancer grew on the top of righty, so the usual self examination/gratuitous groping wouldn't have detected it. I didn't know anything was amiss until stage 2 when I had a bout of colitis - inflamed stomach lining from a lymph node infection. ER docs in Ohio told me to go home and see a doc, by that time I had back pain starting from a lymph node encasing the ureter from my right kidney. That's when I was diagnosed and first treatment started.

MS lately when I wake up I notice my hand is sort of tight. Like I feel it if I try to make a fist. Is this just some old joint bull shite???
