Staying home from work today. Started feeling a lot of neck and back pain from my accident last night. Getting checked out first thing this am and then laying in bed all day.

So my son is “bulking” right now bc he wants to be at 300 lbs of muscle by 25. He will be 17 next week. The amount of food he’s investing is astonishing but I don’t like the extra weight he’s adding. He says it will be converted to muscle and he’s continuing to lift a lot daily but this can’t be right. No one who works out like he does should be getting a belly and that can’t be healthy.
