Yep. Been guzzling water but hasn’t helped the headache. Just took extra magnesium & potassium supplement. Maybe my daily dose wasn’t enough for yesterday.

I’m running into this too. I drink a ton of water but every time I ride in this stupid heat it is an immediate headache that won’t go away, riding has gone from something I love to a chore I dread and I have to basically force myself to get on because he needs to be worked. I’ve resorted to having a riding audiobook that is pretty good and that i’m only allowed to listen to on the horse. Bribery sometimes works.
