The first real cold days up here are so pretty.
The lakes arent frozen yet but its so cold and dry theyre just steaming. Snow covering the mountains, a touch of ice on everything else reflecting the sun.
Great morning to enjoy nature, from the comfort of my heated home.

We went to Colorado Springs back in 2021 before the world pretty much closed down. Lovely place.

I'll be up there next July... so excited to finally see CO. We keep looking at cabins up there so it miiiight be prudent to actually check out the area

when alabama banned greyhound racing a few years ago they had to find homes for 650 of them. i would imagine something similar will happen

We would have bought a house in Colorado a few years ago if work options would have permitted. I love that area. Just looked at tickets for February this morning to go see the OTs favorite baby (no matter what SS and yote think).
