I have friends in property management and my grandparents had rental properties. I have no interest.

Bought the smallest house in the neighborhood which is totally my move so I am happy with it.
We do. We will sell once the new one is purchased. I was too scared to be homeless and subject to overpriced rentals in this market if we couldn't find one to buy (or kept getting out bid over appraisal).

A friend swept an entire garbage bag of roaches out of a house after they bombed it for days.
Kids had urinated in the floor register. They had rented to a family from the church.
