My cousin wears a contact in one eye for reading and the other eye goes uncorrected for distance vision. Don't see how she does it.

I'd say she had to go through quite the adjustment period
I'm clearly too blind for that, but they've had me in about everything including bifocal contacts.
I still squint some bc at my vision it only goes up in 1/2 steps so I'm not perfectly corrected.
Been using under eye cream since my teen years to try not to have too many squint wrinkles.
