Family gatherings are so much fun, aren't they.
After a few hours of drinking in the sun, most families could film their own reality show.

Leaving for work now but I'll give you a brief overview.
We get to his parent's house and get ambushed. They are upset over many things. Most of them regarding how his sister contacts them. My husband trying to defend his sister (cause she isn't there) and he's accused of "siding with her". I try to defend my husband and my mil quickly quips "I raised him, I think I know my own son thank you very much". That was my cue to shut the frick up. Just drama. His sister didn't come over either cause she called and his parents argued with her over the phone. She refused to come over cause she didn't want her 6 year old son to see his grandparents arguing with everyone.
Yeah....good times
Thankfully his parents are not really angry at us...it's all on my sister in law really.
