Morning Corkf: the BBC (the news organ. NOT the other organ) roughed up swing shifters sleep patterns in a recent article:

I recommend Provigil if you need help staying awake during the day for the first few days, and 10mg of Valium to sleep at night. The key is to somehow force yourself to sleep the first week or so, it'll make the next few weeks much, much easier.

Interesting read though, I'll take a look.

Haven't slept a wink. Have a calc test in a few hours and then I'm graduating. Haven't been studying, just not very tired.

I know what you mean. I'm 27 and still classified as a junior (I've been out of school a few years now) and I'm starting back in the Fall. I'm sure I'll be the oldest person in the classroom.

Retired after 35 years of shift work for 31/2 years and I still don't sleep all night.

Morning people.

Infusion day.
