I use purple ink. Supposedly, students experience more anxiety over red ink.
I’m not sure that purple does much to soften the anxiety associated with a D paper, but I have boxes of purple pens, so I’m not changing colors soon.

You DO have a softer side! Purple would definitely take the edge off a D grade

Liz, my daughter is 17. My older son is 16, and my younger son is 12.
I started teaching them to cook early so they have survival skills. They can fix things like bacon and eggs.
